Damage Waiver sales underway

Last week we kicked off selling Damage Waiver to all vacation rental guests. This is a great product for Owners and Guests. Any reservation made after January 5th, 2009 will come with this $3,000 insurance policy. This will help protect the renter and homeowner from any accidental damage, breakage, pet accidents, and more.

Welcome Griffin Priebe & Andrew Dutcher

Sunriver Property Management introduces a new team members and services. Meet the Cabin Masters.


We would like to welcome Griffin Priebe and Andrew Dutcher to Sunriver Resort as our new Cabin Masters.

Griffin came to the resort a few years ago where he worked with the front desk then transferred to Human Resources as manager of the intern program. Andrew comes to us from Pronghorn as the club concierge and also has a long history of customer service positions with Hilton and Marriott.

We are very excited to have these two talented individuals heading up our new guest service program. For those of you who are wondering, what is a Cabin Master? The Cabin Masters will be a key component of the Property Management team structure, working together with resident managers and other Sunriver Resort guest service departments to ensure an extraordinary experience for our homeowners and guests. This position combines multiple customer service positions such as bell hop, concierge, butler/handyperson into a team member focused on ensuring the best experience for each and every vacation rental resident. A primary role for the Cabin Masters will be a personal check in service for guests who are staying at Caldera Springs, Crosswater, and 4 & 5 Diamond homes in Sunriver, as well as making sure each home is perfect and ready for an arrival.We are very excited to take this next step in customer service.
